Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Controller to oversee all financial operations of our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounting functions, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This role requires a strong understanding of financial principles and practices, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to lead a finance team.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Develop and manage the company's budget and financial forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, accounting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS), and internal policies.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the accuracy of financial information.
- Provide financial guidance and support to senior management and other departments.
- Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team,



fostering a collaborative and high-performing workplace.
- Identify opportunities for financial process improvements and cost savings.

Qualifications

- Skills: Financial Reporting, Budgeting, Forecasting, Financial Analysis, General Ledger Management, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Internal Controls, GAAP/IFRS, Tax Compliance, Auditing, Leadership, Communication, Problem-Solving.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (CPA, CMA) is highly preferred.
