Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with GenAI & Knowledge Systems expertise to build intelligent, scalable web applications powered by Large Language Models (LLMs). The role requires strong experience in web application development, along with hands-on expertise in knowledge base systems, knowledge graphs, and AI guardrails to ensure safe and reliable AI solutions.

Responsibilities

- Develop end-to-end full stack web applications using React, Node.js, and MongoDB
- Design and implement AI-powered knowledge-based systems
- Build and manage enterprise knowledge bases integrated with LLMs
- Develop backend APIs using Node.js and Python (FastAPI/Flask) for AI workloads
- Implement LLM orchestration workflows using LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Semantic Kernel
- Design and implement Knowledge Graphs for structured knowledge representation and retrieval
- Build RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines leveraging knowledge bases and vector databases
- Apply AI Guardrails to ensure safety, compliance, bias mitigation, and secure AI responses
- Integrate vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Azure AI Search) for efficient retrieval
- Develop intuitive frontend experiences using React.js / Next.js
- Ensure scalability, performance, and security of applications
- Deploy applications on cloud platforms and manage CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven solutions

Requirements

- Bachelor's/master's degree in computer science or related field




- 5+ years of experience in full stack web development
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in Generative AI / LLM-based applications
- Robust proficiency in React, Node.js, Express, and MongoDB
- High proficiency in Python programming
- Experience working with LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face)
- Hands-on experience with LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, etc.)
- Proven experience in building and managing knowledge bases / enterprise search systems
- Experience with Knowledge Graph design and implementation
- Familiarity with AI safety, guardrails, and responsible AI practices
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Skills

- Strong expertise in Full stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js)
- Proficiency in Python for AI/ML integration
- Experience with Knowledge Graphs (Neo4j, RDF, graph databases, semantic search)
- Strong understanding of knowledge base architecture and retrieval systems
- Expertise in GenAI application development and prompt engineering
- Experience designing RAG pipelines using structured & unstructured data
- Knowledge of AI Guardrails (content filtering, policy enforcement, hallucination control)
- Familiarity with vector databases and embeddings
- Strong backend API design and system architecture skills
- Experience with authentication, security, and scalable system design
- Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices
- Strong analytical and debugging skills
