Key Roles &Responsibilities;

· Collaborate and work closely with learning partner / CSR team to achieve the placement and certification numbers for the year

· Work on Special Community Projects like Insurance Finishing Schools and other academic collaborations.

· Plan and execute Annual Job Fairs through creation of robust ecosystem consisting of NGO partners, Retail job seekers and corporates/ organisations.

· End-to-end management of Skill India Platform in liaison with NSDC

· Create structured collaboration models with transparent governance and outcomes.

· Manage vendor performance, compliance, and delivery standards.

Key Requirements – Education & Certificates

· Master’s / bachelor’s degree in education, Social Work, Management, or equivalent

discipline.

· Specialization in Learning & Development, Skill Development, CSR, or Organizational Development preferred.





Key Requirements - Experience &Skills;

Experience

· 5–7 years of experience in CSR initiatives, Networking, Community Programs

· Proven experience in ecosystem building with NGOs, academic institutions, government bodies, and corporate partners.

· Exposure to vendor management and governance models.

· Prior exposure to Skill India / NSDC framework and industry-led certification programs preferred- desired

· Stakeholder management across teams’ business, external vendors and internal stakeholders

· Communication and influencing skills with passion for strong networking and people connect.

· Collaboration and strong in relationship building.

· Ownership and accountability with High stakeholder sensitivity
