Location: Cochin Requirements: 7–10 years of experience in the manufacturing industry (same industry experience mandatory – Automotive / Non-Automotive). Solid knowledge of progressive tooling, automation systems, and mechanical feeder systems. Hands-on experience with pneumatic, hydraulic, and servo systems. Preferred experience in connector/wiring harness assembly processes. Key Responsibilities: Lead a shift-wise team for SPM machine development and breakdown maintenance. Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of automation equipment, mechanical feeder systems, and pneumatic/hydraulic/servo systems. Support assembly, setup, and continuous improvement of automation tools and machinery. Maintain technical documentation and manage spare parts for automation systems. Provide technical support and training to machine operators while coordinating with cross-functional teams.
