Position: Assistant Manager – Sales & Marketing

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven qualified to oversee business operations across South India. The role involves driving sales growth, leading regional teams, developing business strategies, managing key client relationships, and ensuring operational excellence while achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage business operations across South India.

• Develop and execute sales and business development strategies.

• Achieve revenue, profitability, and market share targets.

• Manage and mentor sales and operations teams.

• Build strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and stakeholders.

• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.

• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, MIS reports, and performance reviews.

• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Operations, and Marketing teams for seamless execution.

Required Qualifications:





• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).

• 7–10 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Regional Operations.

• Proven experience in leading regional teams and achieving business targets.

• Strong understanding of the South India market.

• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

• Willingness to travel extensively across South India.
