About The Role

The Accounts Executive will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring statutory compliance, supporting taxation activities, and assisting in financial reporting and audits. The role requires sound knowledge of accounting principles, taxation regulations, and hands-on experience with accounting systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Possess strong understanding of accounting principles and standards
- Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions
- Handle TDS deductions and ensure timely filing of TDS returns
- Prepare MIS reports for management review
- Perform bank, revenue, ledger and other reconciliations
- Assist in preparation and finalization of balance sheets and financial statements
- Support taxation and auditing activities
- Pass accounting entries and Journal Vouchers (JVs) accurately in books of accounts
- Hands-on experience with Tally and e-invoicing systems
- Ensure compliance with GST regulations, including preparation and filing of monthly and annual GST returns
- Prepare reconciliations related to GST, TDS, and accounts
- Assist in budgeting, financial planning, and projections

Key Skills

- Sound knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Working knowledge of taxation, GST, and TDS compliance
- Proficiency in Tally and accounting software
- Good analytical and reconciliation skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial records
