We are looking for a proactive and target driven Marketing & Sales Executive with 1 to 3 years of experience. The candidate will be responsible for planning and executing marketing activities while driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online and offline).
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Support digital marketing activities such as social media and email campaigns.
- Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Maintain CRM records and submit sales reports.
Preferred Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Marketing and Sales.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Valuable negotiation and closing ability.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
