- 4-7 years of experience in technical, proposal or business writing, supporting proposals or providing sales support
- Work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to assess problems in a structured fashion and identify key issues to solve.
- Work well under pressure, with intense prioritization along with timely and transparent communication.
- Understand and document moderately complex technical material.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage version control, generating additional or revised drafts of RFx responses by merging information delivered by Product, Operations and Sales.
- Develop customized executive summaries and cover letters to align with sales messaging.
- Provide final edit by reviewing completed document to ensure consistency and accuracy in tone/voice of response.
- Develop/maintain good working knowledge of current service capabilities and future direction.
- Form effective business relationships with a variety of internal clients.
Required Skills:
- Preference will be given to Experience with RFx response software such as Responsive, preferred.
- Estimate time/impacts of project tasks or changes.
- Learn to use tools for project work.
- Balance two critical aspects of developing user information: thorough product understanding and technical expertise versus audience information needs.
- Ability to contribute in multiple projects simultaneously with deadlines and manage changing priorities with minimal supervision and intervention
- Critical Thinking: Data story telling must look at the numbers, trends, and data and come to new conclusions based on the findings.

Education Qualification
:Engineering Degree with Sales Experience is Preferre
