Digital Media Manager

Scotle High School is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and strategic Digital Media Manager to lead the school's digital presence and brand communication. The ideal candidate should be passionate about storytelling, visual content creation, and building meaningful engagement across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and manage content across social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and WhatsApp.
- Capture and produce high-quality photos, videos, reels, and promotional content showcasing school life, events, and achievements.
- Design engaging graphics, posters, presentations, and marketing materials for both digital and print media.
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to strengthen the school's brand and increase admissions.
- Manage the school's website and ensure content remains updated, accurate, and engaging.
- Monitor social media performance, analyse engagement metrics, and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative teams to highlight student achievements, school events, and institutional initiatives.




- Ensure all digital communication aligns with the school's brand identity, values, and communication standards.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in social media, digital marketing, AI tools, and content creation.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Digital Media, Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management, content creation, photography, videography, and digital marketing.
- Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), or equivalent editing software.
- Robust photography, videography, video editing, and copywriting skills.
- Knowledge of SEO, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and digital marketing strategies is preferred.
- Excellent communication, creativity, organisational, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
