We're looking for a Marketing Operations Executive who can own and scale our organic growth engine. This isn't a traditional marketing operations role - it sits at the intersection of SEO, website management, content operations, AI-driven search and growth execution.

You'll work directly with the Organic Marketing Lead to improve search visibility, optimize user journeys, and ensure our digital properties consistently drive qualified business growth.

What You'll Do

- Own day-to-day operations of the OnGrid website across WordPress, Webflow and other CMS platforms.
- Publish, optimize and maintain blogs, landing pages, product pages and website content.
- Execute and continuously improve on-page, off-page and technical SEO initiatives.
- Improve website architecture, internal linking, crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals and structured data.
- Build high-quality backlinks through outreach, digital PR, directory submissions and strategic partnerships.
- Drive community-led SEO through Reddit, Quora and other relevant platforms.
- Create and optimize product listings across SaaS marketplaces, review platforms and business directories.
- Work closely with content, product and design teams to launch new pages and campaigns.
- Monitor website performance, fix technical issues, broken links and SEO health.
- Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversions and user behaviour using GA4, Search Console and SEO tools.
- Leverage AI tools to improve content workflows, keyword research, technical audits and search optimization.
- Stay ahead of evolving search trends including AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity and Answer Engines, and recommend strategies to improve discoverability.




- Identify automation opportunities and continuously improve marketing workflows.

What We're Looking For

- 2–5 years of experience in SEO, Marketing Operations or Digital Marketing.
- Strong hands-on experience with WordPress, Webflow or similar CMS platforms.
- Solid understanding of Technical SEO, On-Page SEO and Off-Page SEO.
- Experience implementing technical recommendations independently without relying heavily on developers.
- Strong knowledge of website architecture, indexing, crawlability, schema markup, redirects and page performance optimization.
- Hands-on experience with Google Search Console, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog or similar tools.
- Experience with backlink acquisition, outreach campaigns and community marketing.
- Valuable understanding of how AI-powered search and LLMs are reshaping organic discovery, including AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization).
- Experience using AI tools to improve SEO, research and content workflows.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is an advantage.
- Strong analytical thinking, ownership mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize independently and execute with minimal supervision.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in a B2B SaaS, HRTech or technology company.
- Previous agency experience managing multiple SEO projects.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and AI workflows.
- Experience working with product teams and developers on technical implementations.
