Role Overview:

- We are looking for an experienced Visa Counsellor to join our team in a Manager role.
- The role involves providing end-to-end guidance to clients for Study Visas, Tourist/Visitor Visas, Spouse Open Work Permits, and other visa categories for destinations such as Europe, the US, UK, Australia, and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide expert visa consultation and personalised counselling to clients.




- Stay updated and maintain thorough knowledge of documentation and requirements for different visa categories.
- Assess client eligibility and guide them through the entire visa application process, ensuring compliance with immigration regulations.
- Support clients with accurate information and assist in preparing strong visa applications.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in visa counselling/immigration services.
- Strong expertise in handling Europe, UK, Australia, and New Zealand visas – particularly Student Visas, Tourist Visas, Spouse Open Work Permits, and Concurrent Visas.
- Prior experience in a sales management role, with the ability to lead and manage a team of 2–3 employees.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
