Role Description This is a full-time, on-site as well as remote role as a Telecaller based in the Mohali district. The Telecaller will handle outbound and inbound calls to prospective and existing clients, introduce company services, and respond to basic queries. The role involves maintaining call logs, updating customer information in internal systems, and following up on leads provided by the marketing and sales teams. The Telecaller will coordinate with internal teams to schedule appointments or demos, share feedback gathered from calls,



and support campaign execution by ensuring timely communication. The position requires consistent presence at the office, adherence to call targets, and a professional, customer-centric approach in every interaction.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong verbal communication and active listening skills to interact effectively with clients and prospects, specially in hindi and english.
- Candidates should possess customer service and relationship-building abilities to handle inquiries, resolve basic issues, and maintain a positive brand image.
- Candidates should possess basic computer literacy and data entry skills to update call records, manage CRM tools, and prepare simple reports.
- Candidates should possess time management and organizational skills to manage call volumes, follow up on leads, and meet daily targets.
- Candidates should possess a qualified telephone etiquette, confident presentation style, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Previous experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales support is beneficial but not mandatory.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; further education in business, marketing, or related fields is an advantage.
