Sales Head – Branding & Creative Services

We're looking for a Sales Head to lead business development for our Branding & Creative Services division. This role is ideal for someone who has worked in an agency environment, understands how branding and creative solutions are sold, and is confident pitching to senior stakeholders at established brands.

Location: Calicut , Govt. Cyberpark Kerala

What You'll Do

- Drive recent business for branding, creative, digital marketing, and experience design services across Europe, the USA, UK, Canada, and UAE
- Identify and convert high-value leads into long-term client partnerships
- Build relationships with Marketing Heads, Brand Managers, Founders, and other key decision-makers
- Lead client pitches, presentations, proposal discussions, and commercial negotiations
- Work closely with creative and strategy teams to shape customised client solutions
- Own the full sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure
- Grow existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling




- Keep a pulse on market trends and competitor activity
- Hit monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
- Represent the company at industry events and networking forums

What We're Looking For

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 4–5 years in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition, ideally at a branding, creative, digital marketing, or advertising agency
- Strong hands-on experience with client pitching — comfortable leading conversations and presentations with senior stakeholders
- Solid understanding of branding, creative campaigns, and digital solutions
- Experience working with medium to large brands and corporate clients
- Strong communicator and negotiator with a track record of hitting sales targets
- Self-driven and result-oriented, with strong relationship-building skills
- Based in Kerala
