We build systems — automated reporting, AI-assisted content pipelines, workflows that do in an hour what most agencies bill three days for — and then we point them at growth.

The role

You'll own SEO end-to-end for a portfolio of clients. Not support the SEO lead. Own it — kickoff call to results, strategy through execution, including the client relationship itself.

You'll also be working inside AI and automation workflows that most SEOs haven't touched yet. If you've ever thought there has to be a faster way to do this, you'll get to actually build it here.

What you'll do

- Run SEO across 4–6 client accounts at once
- Build strategy from zero — technical audits, keyword research, on-page, content architecture
- Be the person your clients call. Strategy sessions, reporting, hard conversations, all of it




- Work inside (and help improve) our AI and automation workflows
- Watch performance closely, spot the opening, move on it

What we're looking for

- 1–2 years of hands-on SEO with results you can walk us through
- Fluent in GSC, GA4, and Ahrefs or Semrush
- Able to juggle multiple accounts without dropping momentum on any of them
- A strong communicator — comfortable talking strategy with a FinTech founder and briefing a content team in the same afternoon
- Genuinely curious about AI and automation, not just tolerant of it
