Role Description

The Senior Automation QA will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks to validate complex software applications. This full-time remote role involves creating and executing test plans, test cases, and regression suites, as well as identifying, documenting, and tracking defects through to resolution.

Qualifications

- 6+ years of hands-on experience in test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, JUnit/TestNG,



REST API testing tools) and scripting languages (e.g., Java, JavaScript, Python).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests into build and deployment processes (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
- Strong experience writing complex SQL queries for backend testing and data validation
- Execute AI-generated test scenarios against historical job packages and validate expected outcomes.
- Perform detailed manual verification of AI-generated test results to determine pass/fail accuracy.
- Analyse AI-generated evidence to identify false positives, false negatives, inconsistencies, and missing validations.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and collaborative work within cross-functional product teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

Valuable to have

- Strong experience with Python for test automation, scripting, and framework development.
