Are you passionate about turning business requirements into successful software projects We are looking for a Technical Analyst who can bridge the gap between business stakeholders and development teams through strong analytical thinking, documentation, and project coordination.

Location: Bangalore, Karnataka

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience: 3-4 years

Salary: 45,000 - 55,000 per month

What You'll Do

- Gather and analyze business and technical requirements.
- Prepare SRS, BRD, FRD, MoM, project proposals, and technical documentation.
- Create professional client presentations (PPTs).
- Analyze project scope and estimate the quantum of work.
- Break down projects into tasks and allocate work to the development team.
- Coordinate with developers, designers, and QA teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Monitor project progress and follow up with teams to meet deadlines.
- Support software testing, deployment, implementation, and production support.
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and technical teams.

Required Skills:





- Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in preparing SRS, BRD, MoM, technical documents, and project proposals.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
- Project planning, estimation, and task allocation skills.
- Strong presentation skills using Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
- Familiarity with Jira, Trello, ClickUp, or similar project management tools.
- Excellent understanding of software architecture, APIs, and databases.

Required Skills:

- Proficiency in Canva & Figma
- Strong PPT and presentation design skills
- Knowledge of AI tools & AI integration
- AI certification preferred
- Strong ChatGPT prompt engineering skills
- Good communication and creative thinking

Education

Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
