Key Result Areas

- Spearhead the recruitment process for engineering & design talent for Highways,Road,Metro Rail,Transport,Water Supply,Railways and similar mega infra projects covering the entire life cycle in the areas of sourcing, interviewing, selection and on- boarding processes
- Drive sourcing of key personnel for Bidding of projects including maintaining and developing a pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions. Partner closely with Technical managers to understand their needs in order to identify the right talent.
- Achieve hiring targets on monthly basis and ensuring cooperative working with different BU's to ensure pipeline of required talent is built
- Coordinate with Stakeholders & Function Heads,



organizing meetings to understand and prepare Job Specifications.
- Instrumental in identifying, interviewing, negotiating and issuance of Proposal Letters.
- Work closely with Recruitment vendors,measuring and reviewing their performance by periodic reviews.

Incumbent profile:

- 15 years experience in Talent Search Design & Engg Talent for Mega projects.
- Deep knowledge across the entire candidate lifecycle, from talent mapping, research, sourcing, interviewing, to closing.
- Proven track record of identifying and closing difficult and niche mandates, especially at leadership levels.
- Used digital/social media recruitment channels.
- Worked across geographies.

ANNUAL COMPENSATION: 40-45L
