About the Role

We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented Assistant Fashion Designer to join our women’s wear designer label. The ideal candidate should have a passion for fashion, a keen eye for design, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in designing seasonal and capsule collections.
- Research fashion trends, colours, fabrics, prints, and silhouettes.
- Develop mood boards, colour stories, and design concepts.
- Create sketches and detailed technical drawings.
- Coordinate with pattern masters, sampling units, and production teams.
- Monitor sample development and ensure quality and fit.
- Maintain design records, fabric swatches, and style files.
- Support photoshoots, exhibitions, and client presentations when required.
- Assist with merchandising and styling of collections.

Skills & Qualifications

- Degree/Diploma in Fashion Design.
- 1–3 years of experience in women’s wear (fresh graduates with strong portfolios may also apply).




- Proficiency in digital marketing and AI
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and MS Office.
- Good understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and embroidery techniques.
- Strong sketching and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
