We are seeking a passionate and experienced PGT Biology Teacher to teach students of Grades XI & XII. The ideal candidate should possess strong subject knowledge, excellent classroom management skills, and the ability to prepare students for Board examinations and competitive exams such as NEET.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Biology to Grades XI & XII following the CBSE/State Board curriculum.
- Prepare detailed lesson plans and deliver engaging classroom instruction.
- Train students for Board examinations and NEET Foundation/Entrance examinations.
- Conduct practical laboratory sessions safely and effectively.
- Prepare question papers, worksheets, assignments, and assessments.
- Monitor student progress and provide academic support where required.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
- Use smart classroom technology and innovative teaching methods.
- Participate in school events,
parent-teacher meetings, examinations, and academic activities.
- Maintain student records, attendance, and assessment reports.
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve academic outcomes.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Biology concepts and practical applications
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Effective classroom management
- Lesson planning and assessment preparation
- Board exam and NEET coaching experience preferred
- Computer proficiency (MS Office, Smart Boards, School ERP)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience teaching CBSE and/or Matric Higher Secondary classes
- Proven record of producing excellent board examination results
- Ability to integrate technology into teaching
- Passion for mentoring and motivating students
Salary
₹40,000 – ₹45,000 per month (Based on qualifications and experience)
