Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates to join our IT team as System Engineers. The selected candidates will support the implementation, maintenance, and monitoring of IT systems while ensuring smooth business operations. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn enterprise technologies, system administration, IT security, and infrastructure management.

Key Responsibilities

System Support & Maintenance

- Assist in monitoring and maintaining IT systems, servers, and network infrastructure.
- Support installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware and software.
- Help ensure smooth functioning of business applications and IT services.

Technical Support

- Provide first-level technical support to end users.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers when required.

System Monitoring

- Monitor system performance and report issues proactively.
- Assist in system upgrades, software deployments, and routine maintenance activities.
- Maintain backup and recovery procedures under guidance.

IT Security

- Follow IT security policies and best practices.




- Assist in user account management, access control, and security monitoring.
- Support compliance initiatives and documentation.

Documentation

- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Record incidents, resolutions, and system updates accurately.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or any related discipline.
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems, networking concepts, and computer hardware.
- Basic understanding of SQL, cloud platforms, or cybersecurity is an added advantage.

Salary & Advantages:

CTC: 1,80,000 - 2,16,000 per annum

Working Days:

6 Days Working Culture

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹216,000.00 per year
