Job Title: Branch Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and agile Branch Manager to oversee the overall operations of the branch, manage the admissions team, generate business growth, and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning. The candidate will be responsible for handling study abroad operations, team management, student counselling support, and achieving branch targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage complete branch operations and daily activities.
- Lead, train, and supervise the counselling and admissions team.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Handle student counselling for study abroad programs.
- Develop business strategies to increase admissions and branch growth.
- Conduct interviews and hire team members when required.
- Maintain relationships with universities, partners, and clients.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular reporting to management.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance for student applications.




- Handle escalations and resolve student or parent concerns professionally.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in study abroad, admissions, or branch operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and counselling abilities.
- Target-oriented and result-driven mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and teams efficiently.
- Knowledge of international admissions and visa processes preferred.

Preferred Skills:

- Team handling and branch management.
- Sales and business development experience.
- Student counselling and client relationship management.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Salary:

8LPA-12LPA

Pay: ₹66,667.00 - ₹94,000.00 per month
