Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and lead generation.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings, product presentations, and business discussions.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable business solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and consultative selling.
- Manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation and proposal submission to negotiation, closure, and client onboarding.
- Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates using CRM tools.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Field Sales.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Robust relationship-building and client management abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Willingness to travel across Hyderabad for client meetings and business development activities.
- Two-wheeler or own vehicle and a valid driving license are preferred.
