Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive – CVD Lab-Grown Diamond Jewellery

Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and target-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to promote and sell our premium CVD lab-grown diamond jewellery. The role involves client engagement, brand promotion, and driving both offline and online sales while educating customers about sustainable luxury.

Key Responsibilities:

- Promote and sell CVD lab-grown diamond jewellery to retail and B2B clients
- Educate customers about lab-grown diamonds (quality, certification, sustainability, pricing advantage vs natural diamonds)
- Generate leads through social media, exhibitions, and networking
- Handle walk-in customers and provide personalized jewellery consultations
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and retailers
- Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns (Instagram, WhatsApp, in-store promotions)
- Assist in photoshoots, catalog creation, and product promotions
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
- Keep track of market trends, competitor pricing, and customer preferences

Required Skills & Qualifications:





- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest or knowledge in jewellery/diamonds/luxury products
- Basic understanding of digital marketing (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Business)
- Sales-driven with a customer-first approach
- Presentable personality with confidence in client interaction

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in jewellery, gemstones, or luxury retail
- Knowledge of diamond grading (4Cs – Cut, Color, Clarity, Carat)
- Familiarity with IGI/GIA certification standards
- Existing client network in jewellery or fashion industry is a plus
