Business Analyst Intern

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and analytical Business Analyst Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, an interest in business processes, and the ability to analyze data to support decision-making. This internship offers hands-on experience in business analysis, documentation, and client requirement gathering.

Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Assist in creating Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).
- Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with development, testing, and business teams.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and project documentation.
- Conduct market and competitor research.
- Support project planning and requirement validation.
- Participate in meetings and maintain project records.

Requirements





- Bachelor's degree (completed or pursuing) in BBA, BCA, B.Com, MBA, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Understanding of SDLC and business analysis concepts is a plus.
- Eagerness to learn and work in a collaborative environment.
