Physiotherapist – Pediatric Early Intervention (Full time, In-Person)
Location: Chennai
We are seeking a qualified Physiotherapist with a minimum of 2 years of pediatric experience, including hands-on experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct developmental screenings and physiotherapy assessments.
- Assess motor development, posture, balance, coordination, strength, and functional mobility.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans and measurable goals.
- Deliver individual and group physiotherapy sessions.
- Monitor progress, update treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Educate and train parents/caregivers on home programs and intervention strategies.
- Collaborate with Occupational Therapists,
Speech Therapists, Special Educators, Teachers, and other professionals.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and transition planning.
- Prepare assessment reports, progress reports, and recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT).
- Strong knowledge of pediatric development and rehabilitation.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.
Experience in Early Intervention and multidisciplinary settings is preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
