Job Details:
• Role: Sales Executive – Personal Loans
• Industry: BFSI / Financial Services
• Experience: Minimum 6 months of sales experience in Personal Loans is mandatory
• Salary: ₹19,000 in-hand
• Shift: Day Shift
• Working Days: 6 days a week
• Weekly Off: 1 Rotational Off

Key Responsibilities:
• Generate and convert leads for personal loan products
• Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable loan options
• Meet monthly sales targets and business goals




• Guide customers through the loan application process
• Maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company policies
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing

Required Skills:
• Minimum 6 months of personal loan sales experience
• Good communication and convincing skills
