CONFIDENTIAL — We are conducting a confidential search for a Generative AI Engineering Director to lead the design, development, and productionisation of generative AI systems at scale. This is a high-impact, director-level opportunity based in Bengaluru on a hybrid model for a senior AI engineering leader who will own the end-to-end generative AI engineering roadmap, from foundational model development and fine-tuning through to production deployment and platform scaling.

In this role, you will lead the architecture and engineering of LLM-powered products, RAG pipelines, multi-modal AI systems, and agentic AI frameworks. You will oversee model training infrastructure, MLOps pipelines, and GPU cluster management across cloud platforms. You will drive responsible AI practices including bias mitigation, model explainability, and safety guardrails. You will build and scale world-class AI engineering teams,



partner with product and business stakeholders to translate AI capabilities into commercial value, and establish engineering standards for model evaluation, versioning, and deployment.

Nice to have

- Published research or patents in generative AI, NLP, or deep learning
