About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and highly execution-oriented Project Manager – Tech Operations & Delivery to lead project execution, operational excellence, and process optimization across our technology and learning delivery teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams, driving accountability, implementing scalable processes, and delivering high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities-

Project & Operations Management:





- Drive end-to-end execution of technology and operational projects.
- Define daily, weekly, and monthly operational targets and ensure timely achievement.
- Monitor project timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
- Maintain task trackers and ensure accountability across teams.
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.

Agile & Delivery Management:

- Lead daily Scrum meetings, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Track batch-wise progress and delivery through structured batch trackers.
- Identify bottlenecks and proactively resolve execution challenges.
- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines and quality standards.

Performance Management:

- Define, monitor, and improve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Develop performance dashboards and operational reports.
- Track team productivity, quality metrics, and operational efficiency.
- Work closely with leadership during performance review and appraisal cycles by providing objective performance data and insights.
- Drive continuous process improvements and automation wherever possible.
- Build scalable operational frameworks that improve efficiency and consistency.

Quality & Mentorship:

- Monitor overall batch quality and learning delivery standards.




- Establish mentor-mentee tracking mechanisms to improve team development and accountability.
- Conduct regular operational reviews and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure high standards of execution across all batches and projects.

Required Qualifications:

- 15+ years of experience in Project Management, Operations Management, Program Management, or Delivery Management.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum, and project management frameworks.
- Experience implementing operational processes, governance frameworks, and performance management systems.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI tracking, dashboards, and operational reporting.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a high-growth, quick-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience managing technology or edtech operations.
- Experience building scalable operational systems and quality assurance processes.
- Strong communication, coaching, and team development skills.
