Job Title - SAP Project Delivery Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Delivery Manager to oversee the successful implementation and rollout of SAP S4 HANA solutions across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, SAP methodologies, and cross-functional team leadership. This role involves managing project timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations to ensure the delivery of high-quality SAP S4 HANA solutions that meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including project leads, deployment teams, and cross-functional teams.
- Contribute to the development of project plans and timelines for SAP S4 HANA rollout projects.
- Ensure compliance with Project Delivery Manager methodologies and best practices.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders to align project goals and expectations.
- Lead cross-functional project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution.
- Identify potential project risks and communicate them to stakeholders to minimize their impact on project timelines and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address any issues,



escalating them to the Project Lead as necessary.
- Ensure that project deliverables meet established quality standards and align with business requirements.
- Conduct regular project meetings to assess progress and performance.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, meeting notes, and action items.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within SAP rollout practices.
- Foster a team-oriented team environment and promote knowledge sharing among team members.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in SAP project management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in SAP project management, implementation, or rollout.
- Strong understanding of SAP modules and functionalities (e.g., FI, CO, PISA, CPH, MDM).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (like. Solman, Flow right, Azure) is a plus.
