Role & responsibilities
1. Implement sales and marketing activities in the assigned territory to maximize revenue.
2. Achieve predefined volume and value targets on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
3. Develop and expand the distribution/channel/dealers network as per agreed business plans.
4. Monitor and control territory expenses efficiently to ensure optimal utilization.
5. Promote and register the company's brand with government bodies, corporates and key institutions to secure product specifications.
6. Plan and execute sales promotion activities and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
7. Collect, analyze, and report market intelligence (competitors, pricing, demand trends) to the back office.
8. Maintain and enhance the company's brand image across the assigned territory.

Build and manage key account relationships; support the team in lead conversion and order closure.
10. Identify market gaps, ensure product availability, and create demand for the company's offerings.
11. Conduct weekly self-reviews and take corrective actions to improve productivity and performance.
Requirements
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in mosaic, tiles, sanitaryware, or building materials sales.

- Established relationships with architects, builders, and interior designers.

- Deep network with dealers, distributors, and channel partners.

- Proven ability to generate specifications, secure orders and achieve sales targets.

- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
