SK Agency is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, billing activities, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Tally, Microsoft Excel, and accounting principles, with the ability to maintain accurate financial records and generate timely reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally.
- Prepare and manage customer invoices and billing activities.
- Record receipts, payments, journal entries, and bank transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements, customer accounts, and vendor ledgers.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
- Prepare MIS reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documents.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for billing and payment follow-ups.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of financial records.
- Support auditors and management by providing required financial information.

Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B. Com) or a related field.
- 2 4 years of experience in accounting.
- Hands-on experience with Tally and Excel.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Ability to work independently and meet reporting deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in GST-related documentation and invoicing is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of basic taxation and statutory compliance is preferred.
