Job Title: Zoho Bookkeeper (Travel Industry Experience Preferred)

Sort Your Trip is a travel-tech company that simplifies international travel planning through personalized itineraries and seamless bookings. We’re looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage our day-to-day financial records and ensure accurate bookkeeping using Zoho Books.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update financial records in Zoho Books.

• Record sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, and payments accurately.

• Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and vendor balances.

• Generate invoices and track customer payments.

• Process supplier payments and maintain payable/receivable records.

• Assist in preparing GST-related data and coordinate with the company’s CA.

• Maintain organized financial documentation and reports.

• Ensure timely and accurate month-end bookkeeping.

• Handle bookkeeping related to travel packages, vendor payments, and customer transactions.

Requirements





• 2–4 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience.

• Hands-on experience with Zoho Books is mandatory.

• Prior experience in the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry is preferred.

• Good understanding of GST, invoicing, bank reconciliation, and bookkeeping principles.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience handling multiple vendors and travel-related transactions.

• Familiarity with accounting workflows in travel agencies or tour operators.

• Good communication and coordination skills.
