Job Role:
1. Responsible for achieving the Business Objectives of the Retail Branch Banking Team for the Branch and meeting the Value, Volume and channel Productivity metrics.
2. Responsible for the generation of revenues through the sale of CASA and Products like Fee Income, Insurance, Mutual Funds, Loans & Demat Accounts, etc., through the Sales Channel.
3. Responsible for leading a large Sales Channel comprising Team Leaders, RMs and Sales Executives and ensuring Recruitment, Training, Retention and Mentoring of Sales teams.
4. Overall responsible for break-even and P&L; of the branch.
5. Branch administration & Regulatory compliance.
6. Establishing standards and delivery of service.
Job Requirement:
1. Total Experience must be 7+ years in Retail Banking Sales.
2. Current Experience in the present role must be 1.5 to 2 years +.
No recent promotion.
3. Required Book Size: GL Size is different from the CASA book size. Only the CASA book must be 70-100Cr. If the current book is on the lower side, the previous higher book size must be 70-100 Cr+.
4. Appraisal Ratings: Must be only in the Top 2 category for the last 2 years.
5. The candidate should not be 'out of a job' unless it is a genuine reason and he/she has relevant proof of the same.
7. Education Qualification: Post Graduate is preferred, MBA, Engineering + MBA
Note: Affluent, Burgundy, Preferred & Imperia Relationship Manager with 10-15 years of experience as RM in branch banking can be aligned for Branch Manager for AVP Grade only if they have a valuable book size.
