✔ Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
✔ Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud and Field Service.
✔ Experience providing L2/L3 Production Support.
✔ Solid knowledge of Incident Management, RCA, and Defect Resolution.
✔ Experience with Salesforce configuration, Case Management, Omni-Channel, and Service Console.
✔ Hands-on experience with UAT, Regression Testing, and Production Deployments.
✔ Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
