RequirementsKey Responsibilities:

- Drive sales of construction equipment and machinery in the assigned territory.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, contractors, infrastructure companies, and key customers.

- Identify recent business opportunities and achieve sales targets.

- Prepare sales forecasts, market reports, and competitor analysis.





- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

- Conduct product demonstrations and negotiate commercial agreements.

- Expand market presence and generate repeat business.

Eligibility:

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.

- 5–12 years of sales experience in Construction Equipment, Heavy Machinery, Earthmoving Equipment, Mining Equipment, or Material Handling Equipment.

- Strong knowledge of dealer network and B2B sales.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
