Job Title: Associate - Sr Infrastructure Operations & Services

Experience: 5 to 10 Years

Location: Mumbai

Roles & Responsibilities

- Support and maintain enterprise infrastructure operations and toolchain platforms to ensure high availability and stability.

- Develop, automate, and enhance operational processes using Python, Ansible, Unix/Linux Shell Scripting, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.

- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, Git Lab CI, and Terraform.

- Troubleshoot incidents, resolve production issues, and manage problem and change requests.

- Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to deliver reliable infrastructure solutions.

- Develop and maintain containerized applications using Docker, Podman, or Kubernetes.

- Integrate and manage RESTful APIs and cloud-based infrastructure solutions.

- Maintain technical documentation, user guides, and operational procedures.

- Monitor system performance, implement automation, and drive continuous process improvements.

- Participate in shift support, on-call activities,



and major release deployments to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.

Requisites

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

- Strong hands-on experience with Unix/Linux Shell Scripting and Python.

- Experience with automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins, and Git Lab CI.

- Good understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD practices.

- Hands-on experience with Git/Git Hub/Git Lab version control systems.

- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker, Podman, or Kubernetes.

- Knowledge of Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes (ITIL/Service Now is an advantage).

- Experience integrating RESTful APIs and working with cloud platforms (AWS or hybrid cloud environments is preferred).

- Solid analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across global teams and work in rotational shifts.
