Description

The CPI Lead will be responsible for spearheading Continuous Process Improvement initiatives within the organization, focusing on enhancing operational efficiency and driving cultural change towards a mindset of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

- Lead and manage Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) initiatives across various departments.
- Analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Develop and implement CPI strategies and methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvement projects from inception to completion.
- Train and mentor team members on CPI principles and tools to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Monitor and report on the progress of CPI initiatives, providing updates to senior management.




- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input and feedback from stakeholders on process improvements.

Skills and Qualifications

- 8-10 years of experience in Continuous Process Improvement or related field.
- Strong understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, and other CPI methodologies.
- Proficient in data analysis and process mapping tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
- Robust project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Experience with change management and training team members on CPI practices.
