We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP Consultant to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in ABAP development and a solid understanding of various SAP modules. You will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality SAP solutions that meet business needs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, and enhancements in SAP environments.
- Analyze user requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Perform debugging and troubleshooting of ABAP programs and SAP applications.
- Participate in system upgrades and support testing activities.
- Document technical specifications, user manuals, and training materials.
- Ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices in ABAP development.
Skills and Qualifications
- 6-8 years of experience in ABAP programming and development.
- Strong knowledge of SAP modules such as SD, MM, and FI.
- Experience with Object-Oriented ABAP (OOABAP) and ABAP Web Dynpro.
- Familiarity with SAP Fiori and SAP HANA is a plus.
- Proficient in performance tuning and optimization of ABAP programs.
- Knowledge of SAP enhancement frameworks, user exits, and BADIs.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team workplace and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
