About the Role
That Credit Card Guy (Aly Hajiani) is looking for a dedicated Long-Form Video Editor to handle editing for YouTube videos, podcasts, and long-form content. You'll work directly with Aly and the content team to turn raw footage into polished, high-retention long-form videos on a consistent posting schedule.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit long-form YouTube videos and podcast episodes (15–30 min formats)
- Structure pacing, story flow, and retention-driven edits for long-form watch-time
- Sync multi-cam and multi-mic footage from interview/podcast shoots
- Add graphics, lower-thirds, captions, B-roll, and sound design as needed
- Color grade and maintain consistent visual quality across videos
- Incorporate feedback rounds quickly and manage revisions
- Organize and manage project files, footage, and version control
- Deliver on a consistent, fast-turnaround publishing schedule

Requirements





- 1–3 years of experience editing long-form video (YouTube, podcasts, or similar)
- Strong proficiency in Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve
- Understanding of pacing and storytelling for long-form retention (distinct from short-form/reels editing)
- Experience editing interview/podcast-style multi-cam content
- Working knowledge of color grading and basic sound design
- Strong portfolio/reel of long-form edited work required
- Ability to manage deadlines and quick turnarounds

Good to Have

- Experience editing finance or credit card/personal finance content
- Familiarity with motion graphics (After Effects)
- Experience working with individual creators/influencers directly
