Job Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage multiple Power Transmission projects across India.
- Handle end-to-end project execution from survey, design coordination, foundation, erection, stringing, testing, commissioning, and project handover.
- Plan project schedules, manpower, materials, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and contractual compliance.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and government authorities for smooth execution.
- Resolve project bottlenecks and ensure timely completion.
- Ensure adherence to safety SOPs and maintain zero-accident objectives.
- Guide project teams and drive successful project delivery.

Mandatory Requirements:

- B.E./Diploma in Electrical or Civil Engineering.
- 15–24 years of experience in Power Transmission EPC projects.
- Robust experience in survey, foundation, tower erection, stringing, testing, and commissioning.
- Mandatory experience in handling multiple 765 kV TBCB Transmission Line projects.
- Excellent leadership, planning, client coordination, and project management skills.
