Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple paid media platforms. The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in managing high-budget campaigns across international GEOs, with a solid focus on driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.
- Manage performance marketing campaigns across international GEOs, including the US, UK, Europe, Australia, GCC, and other global markets.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance based on key KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CPL, CAC, CTR, and conversion rate.
- Develop audience targeting, remarketing, and customer acquisition strategies.
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, landing pages, and campaign structures to improve performance.
- Manage media budgets efficiently and identify opportunities to scale profitable campaigns.




- Analyze campaign performance and present actionable insights through regular reports and dashboards.
- Collaborate with creative, content, product, and analytics teams to deliver high-performing campaigns.
- Stay updated with platform changes, industry trends, and emerging digital marketing best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 4+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
- Proven experience managing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other paid media platforms.
- Demonstrated experience handling campaigns for international GEOs.
- Strong understanding of tracking and analytics tools, including Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and conversion tracking.
- Experience with audience segmentation, attribution, remarketing, and campaign optimization.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience working with e-commerce, D2C, or lead generation businesses is a plus.
