Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Executive to join our Human Resources team. This position involves working on various HR functions, including end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, support in HR compliance and documentation. It also involves contributing to day-to-day HR activities.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned positions across technical and non-technical functions.
- Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, social media, employee referrals, campus hiring, and professional networking platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary candidate assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and organizational fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers, candidates, and interview panels while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Coordinate salary discussions as per approved guidelines, and support pre-joining engagement.
- Initiation of Background Verification post release of offer letter
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and recruitment MIS with complete accuracy.
- Build and maintain a healthy talent pipeline for recurring and critical positions.
Employee Onboarding & Induction
- Coordinate the complete onboarding process to ensure a smooth joining experience.
- Collect and verify employee documentation required for employment.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as IT, Administration, Finance, and respective business functions to facilitate seamless onboarding.
- Conduct HR induction sessions covering organizational policies, culture, values, code of conduct, and HR processes.
- Create and maintain employee personal files and digital records.
- Ensure timely completion of joining formalities and statutory documentation.
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management
- Maintain and regularly update employee records,
HRMS databases, organizational charts, and personnel files.
- Support attendance management, leave administration, employee confirmations, transfers, and separations.
- Prepare employment-related letters including appointment letters, confirmation letters, transfer letters, experience letters, and other HR communications.
- Ensure timely updating of employee information in HR systems.
- Coordinate employee documentation throughout the employee lifecycle.
Employee Engagement & Culture Building
- Plan, coordinate, and execute employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, recognition activities, celebrations, and cultural events.
- Prepare employee communication, announcements, and engagement content.
- Assist in conducting employee surveys and compiling feedback for continuous improvement.
HR Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare periodic HR dashboards, reports, and MIS related to recruitment, attrition, headcount, onboarding, attendance, and employee engagement.
- Generate data-driven reports and presentations
- Maintain accurate HR metrics to support business and leadership decision-making.
- Assist in preparing HR presentations, policies, and management reports.
HR Compliance & Documentation
- Support statutory and internal HR compliance activities by maintaining accurate employee documentation.
- Ensure employee files and records comply with company policies and applicable labour laws.
- Assist in maintaining compliance-related registers, records, and documentation required during internal and external audits.
- Support implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure confidentiality,
integrity, and security of employee information.
Employee Support
- Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding routine HR queries.
- Support employees on HR policies, leave, attendance, benefits, and onboarding-related concerns.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of employee requests.
HR Projects & Process Improvement
- Support implementation of HR initiatives, automation projects, and process improvement activities.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives, campus engagement, and HR events.
- Assist in HR process documentation, SOP preparation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to digitization and standardization of HR processes wherever applicable.
General Responsibilities

- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks while meeting defined quality standards.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and business leaders.
- Perform any other HR-related responsibilities assigned from time to time in line with business requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s in Business Administration
Qualified Experience
- Maximum 3 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in managing relevant Human Resources functions
Skills Required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of HR processes and employment practices.
- Attention to detail with a high level of confidentiality.
