Job Description
As a Sales Engineer for our company, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by building relationships with clients and identifying new business opportunities. You will work closely with our existing clients to understand their needs and provide them with tailored solutions that meet their requirements. You will also be responsible for developing new business relationships with potential clients and promoting our products and services.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Identify current business opportunities and work with the team to develop strategies to capitalize on them
- Provide technical expertise and support to clients throughout the sales process
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients
- Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up with clients
- Work with the team to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies
- Attend trade shows and conferences to promote the company and its products
- Monitor and report on industry trends and competitor activity
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Strong technical knowledge of gearboxes and related equipment
- Proven experience in sales or business development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Willingness to travel as needed
