You will own the accuracy and timeliness of numbers that flow up to a global headquarters. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.
Role Overview
As a Financial Reporting Analyst, you will own the monthly and quarterly reporting cycle, making sure statements are accurate, compliant, and delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting & Close
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Own parts of the month-end close and reconciliations
- Ensure reporting aligns with group policy and accounting standards
Controls & Review
- Support audits with clean schedules and documentation
- Investigate variances and resolve reporting issues
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 1 to 5 years in financial reporting, accounting, or audit
- Solid grasp of accounting standards such as IFRS or Ind AS
- Methodical, accurate, and deadline-driven
- Explicit written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a GCC, MNC, or audit firm
- CA, ACCA, or CPA, qualified or part-qualified
- Hands-on with an ERP such as SAP or Oracle
