Job Description

Project and Resource Management

- Providing Infrastructure solutions and deploying for Business.
- Plan, design and help the networking team in establishing a network knowing the requirements of the organization.
- Responsible for Cloud Infra Architecture, solution & delivery.
- Design specifications for establishing security in the networks and protecting vulnerable databases.
- Manage various IT and business projects from inception to completion.
- Oversee audits, quality assurance, and documentation within the corporate IT function.
- Lead project management for IT and business initiatives, managing time, cost, and resources.
- Communicate any project slippage or issues to stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Manage internal reporting and documentation.

Vendor and Governance Management

- Manage vendor relationships, including SLA management and vendor engagement.
- Handle relationships and negotiations with IT vendors.
- Implement and enforce IT governance policies.

Continuous Improvement and Development

- Ensure the highest up time of Infrastructure through collaboration with IT stakeholders.
- Identify key issues and develop appropriate solutions.




- Evaluate network performance and find ways of improvement.
- Regularly update knowledge about the new and advanced technologies available in the market and use these technologies in design.

Sustainability

- Promote judicious use of natural resources.
- Adhere to the organizations setting, health, and safety policies, objectives, and guidelines

Anti Bribery Management Systems (ABMS)

- Follow the ABMS roles and responsibilities details as prescribed on the ABMS manual.

a. Understanding of ethical standards and the importance of integrity in business practices.

b. Ability to identify and evaluate risks related to bribery in various business contexts. For more detailed explanation, follow the ABMS manual.

Education

Minimum: Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering or relevant field Additional: IT - Technical certification (CCNA/CCIE/Firewall certification etc)

Experience

- 8 to 10 years of experience with at least 4 years experience in a managerial role.
- Min 6+ years experience in LAN/WLAN/WAN and Firewall support & configuration
- Project management experience (4+ year), including team management experience.
- Familiarity with Network Technologies and Firewall Technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze business requirements and develop effective technology solutions.
