Role Description The Diagnostic Physician will play a central role in interpreting advanced diagnostic data and providing clinically sound, preventive health recommendations. This full-time, on-site position in Chennai involves reviewing wearable data, lab results, imaging, and other diagnostic inputs to identify early risk indicators and patterns. The physician will conduct patient evaluations, clarify medical histories, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design individualized prevention and treatment plans. Daily responsibilities include documenting findings in digital systems, participating in case reviews, communicating results and next steps to patients in a clear and empathetic manner,
and working closely with AI and data teams to refine diagnostic pathways. The role also includes staying current with guidelines in preventive medicine and contributing to protocol development to enhance quality and outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong diagnostic and clinical reasoning skills, with the ability to integrate data from lab tests, imaging, wearables, and clinical assessments.
- Experience or strong interest in preventive medicine, lifestyle interventions, and holistic approaches to long-term health management.
- Comfort working with technology-enabled care platforms, electronic health records, and data-driven decision support tools.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining complex medical information in accessible language and supporting shared decision-making.
- Ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams including other physicians, nurses, allied health professionals, and data/AI specialists.
- Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) with valid licensure to practice, and relevant clinical experience in internal medicine, family medicine, or related specialties.
- Demonstrated commitment to ethical, patient-centered care and maintaining high standards of clinical quality and safety.
- Willingness to work on-site in Chennai and adapt to a fast-evolving, innovation-focused healthcare setting.
