Job Description – Lead DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities:

Experience:

* 10+ years in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering.

* Proven experience operating Kubernetes and Docker Swarm in production.

* Strong experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, and hybrid/on-premises environments.

* Hands-on experience with Terraform, Ansible, Flux CD, Jenkins, and Jenkins Shared Libraries.

* Experience building highly available, business-critical platforms.

* Demonstrated technical leadership and mentoring experience.

Platform Engineering:

* Lead the design, implementation, and operation of cloud-native platforms across AWS, GCP, Azure, and on-premises environments.

* Design, deploy, and manage production workloads on Kubernetes and Docker Swarm, ensuring high availability, scalability, and resilience.

* Drive cloud migration,



platform modernization, and infrastructure standardization initiatives.

* Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and automate platform configuration with Ansible.

* Establish GitOps practices using Flux CD and develop reusable platform components.

* Design and maintain enterprise CI/CD platforms using Jenkins and Jenkins Shared Libraries.

* Improve platform reliability through monitoring, automation, capacity planning, and operational best practices.

* Lead production incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous platform improvements.

* Mentor DevOps engineers, define engineering standards, and collaborate with development teams to improve software delivery.
