Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Specialist role based in Bilaspur. The Digital Marketing Specialist will plan and execute online marketing campaigns to promote ORA Makers real estate services and listings. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing social media channels, creating engaging digital content, monitoring web analytics, and optimizing campaigns for lead generation and brand visibility.



The role involves coordinating with sales and operations teams to align digital initiatives with business goals, tracking performance metrics, and preparing regular reports on campaign effectiveness. The specialist will also stay updated on digital marketing trends and competitor activities to refine strategy and improve overall online presence.

Qualifications

- 2–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Hands-on experience in running Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Knowledge of lead generation, campaign optimization, and performance tracking.
- Experience in video editing using Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, or similar software
- Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or similar graphic design tools.
- Ability to work from the Bilaspur office and coordinate with internal teams.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and social media management.
- Positive communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
