Summary:

Lead a Forward Deployed Engineering team that rapidly builds and deploys agentic AI solutions in real enterprise environments. Balance technical leadership, client delivery, engineering quality, and reusable product development.

Demonstrated ability to lead teams using Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Codex and Replit Agent, with mandatory controls for repository context, automated testing, pull-request review, secrets management, secure deployment and human approval of generated code.





Must have led engineering teams that deployed and operated production AI, ML, or data-intensive systems. Advisory-only or program-management-only experience is insufficient.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Lead multidisciplinary teams delivering production AI solutions for internal and client use cases.
- Convert ambiguous business problems into executable technical plans.
- Own architecture, delivery, deployment, integration, and production stabilization.
- Work directly with client technology and business teams in complex environments.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- GenAI, agentic systems, backend engineering, cloud, and enterprise integration.
- Operating AI systems under latency, security, reliability, and cost constraints.
- Production incident leadership and rapid technical trade-offs.
- Client communication and technical program leadership.
