Job Title: AI Engineer / Generative AI Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and cutting-edge AI Engineer / Generative AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI frameworks, and modern machine learning technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building AI applications, prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, AI agents, and scalable cloud-based AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

AI & Generative AI Development

- Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI applications using LLMs such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, and other foundation models.
- Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases.
- Develop AI agents and multi-agent workflows for business automation.
- Implement prompt engineering and prompt optimization techniques.
- Fine-tune and customize foundation models for domain-specific use cases.

Machine Learning & Data Engineering

- Develop and maintain ML models using Python and modern ML frameworks.
- Process, clean,



and prepare structured and unstructured data.
- Implement model monitoring, evaluation, and performance optimization.
- Work with embedding models and vector search technologies.

Cloud & Deployment

- Deploy AI solutions on Azure, AWS, or GCP platforms.
- Build APIs and microservices for AI applications.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and MLOps best practices.
- Ensure scalability, security, and reliability of AI systems.

Collaboration & Innovation

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify AI opportunities.
- Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers.
- Stay updated on emerging AI, LLM, and Generative AI trends.
- Contribute to AI governance, responsible AI, and compliance initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.

Technical Skills

- Strong programming experience in Python.
- Experience with Generative AI frameworks:
- LangChain
- LlamaIndex
- Semantic Kernel
- CrewAI / AutoGen (preferred)
